TERMS AND CONDITIONS Campinia Media CVBA-vso

1. Any sale is subject to these terms and conditions.
2. All publications of Campinia Media cvba-vso are protected by Belgian Copyright and intellectual property law. Violations will be prosecuted.
3. By accepting the invoice and the goods it states, the reseller commits to apply the sales prices determined by us when reselling to the end user.
4. Our prices do not include shipping costs and are subject to change at any time without notice. All prices are excluding shipping costs.
5. Our invoices are payable within 8 days after invoice date. Invoices not paid within the agreed payment term will be increased by law and without notice of default by 1.5% per month, whereby each started month is considered to have expired.
6. The delivery of books occurs under subject to the "conditions of delivery in the circulation in Belgium of Dutch-language books with a fixed private price", the text of which is known to the buyer.
7. When ordering goods or services, a non-refundable deposit may be requested.
8. When renting goods, a deposit may be requested.
9. The delivered goods remain property of Campinia Media cvba-vso until full payment of the principal amount, interest, costs and taxes.
10. Dispatch of ordered goods normally takes place within 48 hours, except for depletion of stock, in case of force majeure, etc. A delay may in no case give rise to payment of compensation.
11. Delivery costs are borne by the buyer.
12. Only written orders will be accepted.
13. Complaints about incorrect or defective deliveries will only be accepted within six days after dispatch and must be made by registered letter. Submitting a complaint does not release the customer from his payment obligations.
14. Our guarantee and product responsibility ware in any case limited to the value of the delivered goods or services.
15. Our warranty terms for hardware and software are those of the original manufacturer.
16. Returns will only be accepted with prior written authorization from Campinia Media cvba-vso.
17. The buyer accepts the packaging of the delivered goods at his expenses, and cannot oblige the seller to take back the goods or get any other treatment or compensation whatsoever.
18. Any dispute will be settled in accordance to Belgian law and will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of the Turnhout district.
19. The customer's address details are included in a file. In this regard, we follow the provisions as provided in the “General Data Protection Regulation”.
20. We process the collected personal data in order to process the orders placed, as well as to carry out direct marketing by e-mail.
21. The data will not be subject of transfers. Personal data will not be passed on to third parties.
22. The relevant personal and/or company data will be stored and retained by us during the legal period of the retention of accounting documents.
23. Deviations from these general terms and conditions are only possible with explicit written permission.
24. Campinia Media explicitly reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice.
